Introduction

Meedhupparu Meedhupparu Island Resort, which spreads over 43 acres of land base, has a lush and thick vegetation all around and is the only resort developed on the Raa Atoll. The island has an excellent beach surrounding it, and a large lagoon area, which is ideal for water sports. It is in close proximity to excellent diving areas hitherto unexplored. Meedhupparu Island Resort – the newest star in the fabulous Archipelago of the Maldivian Islands. Broad beaches of shining sand and reefs of inexpressibly colorful underwater translucence embrace 170,000 sq. feet of green countryside

The 215 Beach Bungalows are all sea view, terraced rooms. All are air-conditioned and include a fan, minibar, telephone, safe and tea/coffee maker. Ensuite facilities include indoor and outdoor showers. Since Meedhupparu is the first tourist resort in Raa Atoll, Diving can be excellent as lots of reefs and caves are found there which haven’t been explored before.
