At Vidhun, our Maldivian inspired resort spa, you can embrace the pure beauty of the island and experience the power and history of Maldivian holistic wellness. Local elements include native plants and herbs of the Maldives including the national fruit – Coconut, and the national flower – Rose. Other natural gems include lemon and papaya – the plants which grew during the early inhabitation of the Maldives.

The Vidhun experience

The lush green gardens which thrive with native Maldivian flora yield to the winding pathway that leads to our serene Vidhun Spa village. The infinity pool hypnotizes you at the start of this calm and gentle journey, whilst the garden cabanas offer shelter for relaxed bodies and minds to revitalize.

When you arrive, our signature scent of lime and lemongrass is applied to the wrist whilst the gentle hum of traditional Bodu Beru music transports you into the world of the rich cultural heritage of the Maldives. A refreshing Coconut drink is then offered, activating the last of the senses and beginning your authentic Maldivian spa experience.

Our spa village consists of five private couples treatment villas, each with beautifully thatched roofs. Each one of our Maldivian villas is named after flora and fauna that are native to the island and vital to many of our key treatments.

Before each treatment, every guest begins with a mineral salt foot scrub, stimulating nerve endings in preparation for a treatment selected from the spa’s extensive menu.

After your treatment, you are invited to unwind in the villa’s private shaded garden where you will be served refreshing herbal teas and sorbets.

From here, the tranquility pool and comfortable garden cabanas are yours to enjoy as you continue the Vidhun journey of complete relaxation.
